The Metro Manila Skyway Stage 3 Plaza Dilao ramp is set to open this July 2019. Public Works and Highways Secretary Mark Villar noted that the construction of Skyway Stage 3 is in full swing, with teams working 24/7. The entire project will be "substantially completed" within the year, and will effectively connect the North Luzon Expressway (NLEX) and South Luzon Expressway (SLEX). Section 1 of the project (Buendia Avenue, Makati City to Quirino Avenue, Nagtahan, Manila) is now at 83% completion
