Here’s what I actually do to stay leaner at 69 than I was in my 20’s & 30’s 👇 1. I don’t skip breakfast. I eat early. I eat protein. I keep it simple because boring works. 2. I walk like it’s my job. Not 20k steps. Not 60 mins on the treadmill. Just daily, consistent movement that supports my metabolism and my mood. 3. I lift heavy at least 2-3 times per week even when I ‘don’t have time’ or ‘don’t feel like it’. That’s why I’m stronger & leaner at 69 than ever before. 4. I don’t drink alcohol.
