I normally change three times a day. Once in the morning, Once mid afternoon, and once at night. It always feels so nice to be dry after wearing a wet diaper for so long. When we need to wear diapers for any reason the amount of shame and embarrassment we can carry about it is enormous. Its a constant struggle. A constant battle. Knowing that we need a diaper change but actually breaking away to do it without feeling uncomfortable about it is a constant challenge.
